Role Description The Visit’s Coordinator and Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Greater Noida Alpha 2 , his role is responsible for scheduling and organizing property visits for prospective tenants, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring clear communication between all parties. The Visit’s Coordinator and Manager will greet and guide visitors during property tours, provide accurate property information, and capture feedback to help refine tenant-property matches.

The role also involves maintaining visit records,



following up with leads, and supporting the overall rental process to ensure a smooth and professional experience. The individual will collaborate closely with the operations and customer support teams to optimize visit schedules and improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants and property owners.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to schedule, coordinate, and track multiple property visits.
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills to address inquiries and resolve visit-related issues.
- Basic computer and mobile app proficiency for maintaining records, updating calendars, and managing leads.
- Knowledge of the Greater Noida residential rental market or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida Alpha 2 and travel locally for property visits as needed.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma.
