The Visa

Officer will handle end-to-end visa processing for individual and corporate customers, including document verification, application preparation, and coordination with consulates and embassies.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, tracking application status, and providing timely updates and resolutions to customer queries.

Officer will collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, corporate travel, and MICE to support seamless travel experiences and uphold service quality standards.

- Strong knowledge of visas and immigration issues, with the ability to interpret and apply consular and regulatory requirements.




- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse individual and corporate clients.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain procedures clearly and manage customer expectations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate documentation, record-keeping, and deadline management.
- Prior experience in visa processing, travel services, or immigration support is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with office software and online application systems; ability to learn consular portals and internal tools quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
