We are looking for a Visa Slots Monitoring Executive with excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring visa appointment availability, checking for newly released slots, and promptly updating the required information.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor visa appointment/slot availability on designated portals.
- Check regularly for newly released or cancelled appointment slots.
- Quickly identify available slots and update the relevant team.
- Enter and maintain information accurately in spreadsheets or internal systems.
- Perform quick and accurate data entry.




- Follow instructions and standard operating procedures carefully.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and login credentials.
- Work efficiently during high-demand periods when slots may become available for a short time.
- Coordinate with the team and provide timely status updates.

Required Skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
