Key Responsibilities

- Operate VMC/CNC machines safely and efficiently.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

- Set up jobs, fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces.

- Load and run CNC programs and make basic parameter/tool-offset adjustments.

- Set tool offsets, work offsets, spindle speed, feed rate, and cutting parameters as required.

- Perform first-piece inspection and regular quality checks.

- Use vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.

- Monitor tool wear and replace tools when required.

- Identify machining defects and take corrective action.

- Maintain production records and achieve daily production targets.

- Keep the machine, tools, and work area clean and organized.

- Follow 5S, PPE, safety,



and quality procedures.

- Report machine breakdowns, tool issues, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of VMC machine operation and CNC machining.

- Ability to read engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and basic CNC codes (G-code/M-code).

- Good understanding of dimensions and tolerances.

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹9,151.12 - ₹25,000.00 per month
