VMC Operator (Production)

We are looking for 2 VMC Operators for our machining workshop.

Job Details

- Controller: Fanuc
- Experience: VMC operating experience preferred
- 4-axis knowledge: Plus point
- Duty: 8 hours
- Working: 6 days a week
- Sunday: Overtime available
- Overtime: Paid extra

Work & Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines with Fanuc controller.
- Load and unload components properly.
- Understand and make basic tool offset and work offset corrections.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth production.
- Check component dimensions using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
- Follow drawings, job instructions, and setup sheets.
- Make basic tool changes and monitor tool wear.
- Check first-off components and maintain production quality.
- Maintain production output as per the daily target.
- Keep the machine and work area clean.




- Handle coolant, chips, and basic machine housekeeping.
- Report tool breakage, machine alarms, abnormal sounds, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE.
- Maintain basic production and inspection records.
- Coordinate with the setter/programmer for setup and program-related issues.

4-axis machine knowledge is an advantage, but candidates with good VMC operating experience are also welcome.
