Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify VMC CNC programs for precision mould components.
- Generate and optimize 2D/3D tool paths using DELCAM.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Work with DELCAM, AutoCAD & UG/NX software.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, speeds and machining strategies.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy, surface finish and quality of machined components.
Requirements:
Experience: 4-8yrs
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Making.
- Strong hands-on experience in VMC Programming.
- Proficiency in DELCAM, AutoCAD & UG/NX.
- Experience in mould manufacturing/tool room will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of CNC machining and engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,303,294.29 per month
