- Blueprint Interpretation:

Read and analyze complex engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols. [1, 2]

- Part Proving &

- Quality Control:

Conduct first-piece (first-off) inspections using precision measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges. [1, 2, 3]

- Process Optimization &

- Troubleshooting:

Adjust feeds, speeds,



and machining parameters during production runs to correct dimensions, fix errors, and handle tool wear. [1, 2]

- Maintenance &

- Safety:

Perform basic preventive maintenance, check coolant/lubrication levels, maintain a clean workspace (5S), and follow factory safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
