Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handle international outbound calls to clients across various industries, including insurance & HR.
2. Meet quality standards for call handling, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
3. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in International Voice Process (USA Outbound) or similar roles.
- Graduation degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred (Marketing or Operations).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with American clients over phone calls.
