Job Summary
Nelgates Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and result-oriented International Voice Process Executive to communicate with international customers and business prospects.
The candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, introduce Nelgates' products and services, generate qualified leads, follow up with prospects and maintain customer information in CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK, USA, UAE and other international markets.
- Introduce Nelgates products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify international business leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email and WhatsApp where appropriate.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the BDE/Business Development Manager.
- Handle objections professionally and convert interested prospects into opportunities.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and BDE teams.
- Prepare daily call and lead-generation reports.
- Follow company scripts, SOPs and communication standards.
