The Successful Applicant Qualification MBA Finance.

Additional exposure to financial modelling, commercial finance or management accounting will be advantageous.Experience

12+ years of relevant experience with minimum 5 years experience in senior management role.

Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, process equipment or EPC/project-based businesses.

Hands-on exposure to manufacturing finance, project costing, FP&A;, working capital, banking, treasury, MIS,



budgeting, cost control, audit and taxation.

Experience with export-oriented or international project business.

Previous experience as Finance Controller, Deputy CFO or Finance Head in a mid-sized manufacturing/engineering organisation.Required Competencies

Strong financial accounting, financial analysis and financial modelling capability.

Strong understanding of project and manufacturing costing.

Excellent cash flow, working capital, banking and treasury management skills.

Commercial mindset with the ability to understand contract and project risks.

High integrity, attention to detail and strong analytical capability.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and operating teams.

Strong ERP/MIS orientation and advanced Excel capability.

Ability to build systems, processes, controls and a high-performing finance team.
