We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Academic Counsellor to assist authors and researchers throughout the journal publication process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand authors research papers and suggest suitable journals based on their subject area and publication requirements.

- Guide authors regarding the complete article publication process, from submission to final publication.

- Coordinate with authors and provide regular updates and proper guidance at each stage of publication.

- Explain journal requirements, submission procedures, publication timelines, and other relevant processes to authors.

- Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with authors.





- Handle author queries and ensure that they receive timely and accurate assistance.

- Candidates will be provided with proper training and guidance regarding the publication process and company workflow.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills with a confident and qualified approach.

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to communicate clearly with authors and understand their requirements.

- Good convincing, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply, as proper training will be provided.
