Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end medical billing processes for US healthcare provider accounts.
- Perform payment posting, charge entry, refund processing, and demographic (DEM) entry.
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately based on EOBs/ERAs.
- Review and process adjustments, refunds, and write-offs as per guidelines.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and billing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow client guidelines and HIPAA compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Mandatory experience in end-to-end medical billing.
- Hands-on experience in Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Refunds, and DEM Entry.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare/medical billing processes.
- Basic understanding of EOB, ERA, CPT, and ICD codes.
- Positive analytical skills and attention to detail.
