Role & responsibilities

- Follow up with customers who have missed payments or have overdue accounts.

Make regular calls and send reminders to customers regarding due payments.

Ensure that collections are made according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of payments and update customer details in the system.

Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.

Properly document all communications and agreements with customers to avoid disputes

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1-3years of experience in collections or a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services or NBFC sector. • Experience in handling overdue loans, debt collection, or recovery processes is highly desirable.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
