Urban Yatra (Best Tour and Travel Agency in Bhubaneswar, Odisha) is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager for managing online campaigns to generate leads, build brand awareness, and increase bookings for holiday packages, flights, and hotels. You will manage our online presence and create engaging content to inspire travellers and drive inbound leads, tour package bookings, and website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Run paid ads on Google, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and YouTube to target travellers.

Social Media: Create reels, post regular updates, manage content calendars, and engage with online audiences, improve SEO, website traffic, online visibility and lead-conversion performance.

Lead Generation: Drive B2B and B2C sales leads for tour packages, visas, and hotel stays.

Content & SEO: Write destination guides, optimize website landing pages for search engines, and run email or WhatsApp promotions.

Analytics: Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to improve conversion rates.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 4 to 6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within the travel or hospitality sector.

Tools: Strong hold on social media schedulers, basic graphic design software (like Canva), and ad managers.

Soft Skills: Strong storytelling abilities, visual creativity, and clear communication.
