Sales Development Representative (Inbound & Outbound)

2–8 years experience

What the role involves

- Handling inbound leads and high-intent trials, or researching and outreaching to ICP accounts
- Qualifying prospects and booking demos
- Improving CRM workflows, sequences and messaging

What we're looking for:
- IT, Technology, or B2B SaaS Sales experience
- Strong communication and lead qualification skills
- A target-oriented, data-driven approach

Growth Marketer

3–5 years experience

What the role involves

- Owning BetterBugs marketing end-to-end — content, SEO, and social as one function
- Driving growth experiments across the funnel




- Working across all three core products and buyer types

What we're looking for:
- Experience owning marketing outcomes, not just execution
- Strong grounding across content, SEO, and social
- Comfort in a technical, B2B SaaS environment
