We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with hands-on experience in Womens Innerwear/Lingerie to develop stylish, comfortable and commercially viable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop womens innerwear and lingerie collections.
- Research trends, silhouettes, colours, fabrics and consumer preferences.
- Select fabrics, laces, elastics and other trims.
- Handle sampling, fit corrections, sizing and product development.
- Coordinate with vendors/manufacturers for sampling and production.
- Ensure product quality, comfort, fit and design specifications.
- Support costing and develop commercially viable products.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Womens Innerwear / Lingerie / Intimate Wear / Apparel.
- Robust understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fit and sizing.
- Hands-on experience in sampling and vendor coordination.
- Creative mindset with strong fashion and trend awareness.
- Fashion/Apparel/Textile Design qualification preferred.
