- Manage daily floor operations and sales team activities.
- Guide and motivate sales executives to achieve targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure excellent service.
- Monitor staff discipline, grooming and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory and management teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in retail/jewellery showroom preferred.
- Good communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, responsible and well-groomed.
