About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support AM Realty Solutions' branding, marketing, and social media efforts. The ideal candidate will design engaging visual content and edit high-quality videos that effectively showcase our real estate projects across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media, brochures, hoardings, and digital ad campaigns.
- Edit and produce videos for reels, project walkthroughs, ad shoots, and promotional content.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and video content.
- Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound to raw video footage.
- Design layouts for presentations, flyers, and project marketing collateral.
- Manage and organize a library of raw and edited creative assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, video formats, and social media best practices.
- Coordinate with the on-camera content creator and marketing team for shoot planning and reshoots.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Graphic Design,



Animation, or Multimedia is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in graphic design and video editing preferred (real estate or marketing background a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut.
- Understanding of formats and specifications for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong creative and visual storytelling sense.
- Attention to detail and consistency in branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
