We are seeking a proactive and experienced System &

- Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, networking, firewall management, web hosting environments, and day-to-day IT operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, ownership, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, maintain, and optimize Server environments , web hosting environments, and website deployments, server health, performance, backups, uptime, and security to ensure high availability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Systems, website, network, and end-user technical issues.

- Configure, manage, and maintain Sophos Firewall, VPN connectivity, and network security policies.

- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity.

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and other IT hardware.

- Perform software installation, system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.

- Manage IT assets, inventory, software licenses, and hardware lifecycle.





- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by configuring user accounts, systems, email access, and required IT resources.

- Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure, network topology, assets, and operational procedures.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup solutions, or cybersecurity best practices will be an added advantage.
