1. Maintain & Monitor entire Hospital HIC practices along with the ICO s guideline in alignment with WHO, CDC, State, National guidelines
2. Work within the multi-disciplinary infection control committee, lead and coordinate the work to support the development of long terms infection prevention and controlled strategies and annual infection prevention and control program.
3. To implement the policy and procedure laid down in infection manual in all areas of hospital.BMW
4. Ensure Training been provided to all Healthcare workers in the organization on HIC policies, HAI bundle care for nurses.
5. ICN will lead the program of infection prevention in hospital premises as per national and CDC guidelines and also update it annually with updating of guidelines.

To identify and audit the HIC practices of HCW team as per the ICN checklist and take appropriate action to control the Epidemic, Pandemic, outbreak infection and documented.
7. ICN should provide the delivery of effective infection prevention and control education program for Nurses, Laundry, F & B, Housekeeping staff and other HCW
8. ICN continuously monitors and evaluate the infection control practice such Hand Hygiene. PPE Usage, Blood Spillage, Awareness on NSI Protocols.
9. To coordinate the committee member and set strategies and operational meetings internally and externally for infection prevention issues.
