Position: (MT)

Experience: 3+ years in International Customer Support Voice Process

CTC: 30% hike on Last CTC OR Up to 6.20 LPA, whichever is applicable.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in International Customer Support / International Voice Process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience handling international customers
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational US shifts

Position: (AM) Experience: 6+ years in International Customer Support Voice Process

CTC: 30% hike On Last CTC OR Up to 9 LPA , whichever is applicable.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in International Customer Support / International Voice Process
- On-paper Team Lead for Min 1-2 Years experience is mandatory
- Team handling / people management experience
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Experience managing escalations and process performance
- Willingness to work in rotational US shifts





Note: Candidates applying for the AM position must have on-paper Team Lead experience along with relevant International Customer Support Voice Process experience.
