Key Responsibilities

- Operate OSD manufacturing equipment such as:

- Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)

- Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)

- Blenders

- Compression Machines

- Coating Machines
- Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
- Record all production activities accurately in logbooks and batch records
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and data integrity requirements
- Carry out in-process checks as per defined parameters
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area
- Support validation, qualification, and audit activities
- Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities to supervisors




- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products

Educational Qualification

- B. Pharma/Diploma /ITI
- Relevant technical training in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

Experience

- 03 to 07 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production
- Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
- Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety norms
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Positive documentation practices
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
