Pre-Sales Consultant | SaaS | CRM | Cloud Telephony

Teleforce by Garuda Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Gurugram.

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work closely with prospective customers and the Sales team to understand business requirements, identify pain points, demonstrate the right product capabilities, and recommend suitable solutions using the Teleforce SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements, business processes and challenges through discovery conversations.
- Conduct engaging and requirement-based product demonstrations.
- Explain Teleforce solutions including CRM, Lead Management, Call Management, IVR, DIDs, Dialers, Voice/SMS/Email/WhatsApp Campaigns, Workflow Automation, Analytics and Integrations.
- Map customer requirements to appropriate product features and workflows.
- Support the Sales / Business Development team during customer meetings, demos, proposals and follow-ups.
- Answer product-related queries and coordinate with Product, Technical and Engineering teams whenever required.
- Prepare solution summaries, requirement documents and basic proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, demo outcomes, customer requirements and next steps.




- Ensure proper handover of opportunities to onboarding or implementation teams after closure.

- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into product solutions.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, CRM and cloud-based applications.
- Interest in learning technology, CRM, cloud telephony, APIs, automation and integrations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confident, proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Eligibility

- Experience: Fresher to 6 Months
- Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / BBA / MBA / IT / Management / Business / Marketing or related fields.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an aptitude for technology are encouraged to apply.
