Operations Executive Chennai

This role puts you at the centre of the business. You will see how an order moves from enquiry to delivery to payment, and you will have a hand in each step.

What you'll do:

Some of the roles you will take on :

1. Purchasing: Coordinate with transporters, dealers and manufacturers.
2. Quotations: Prepare quotations and check them carefully before they go out.
3. Customer care: Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained accross the clients of the organisation.
4. Reports: Put together weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
5. Accounts: Raise invoices and record bank entries.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is organised and keeps track of details
- Is comfortable with numbers and Excel
- Communicates clearly with customers and suppliers
- Motivated, Proactive and eager to learn.
