Job Responsibilities:

- Collect vehicles from customers for service.

- Prepare and write service job cards based on customer complaints.

- Check and record the vehicle condition at the time of receiving.

- Move vehicles to the designated service/workshop area.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians regarding vehicle service.

- Assist in updating customers about vehicle service status.

- Assist Service Advisors in preparing vehicles for delivery.

- Check that vehicles are properly cleaned and ready for delivery.

- Hand over vehicles to customers after completion of service.

- Assist customers with basic service-related queries.

- Maintain proper records of vehicle receiving and delivery.

- Ensure customer vehicles are handled safely and carefully.

- Support the service team in day-to-day workshop activities.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the service area.
