Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per SOP
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained
- Handle billing and POS operations (where applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
- Support inventory handling, stock rotation, and wastage control
- Work collaboratively with team members during shifts
- Address customer queries politely and escalate complaints when required
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and attendance rules
