Role Overview

As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods and services of V Protect’s Alarm Monitoring and Response Services. This role requires a passionate, self-driven individual with solid presentation & coordination skills who thrives on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Planning & Execution - Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities. Ensure alignment between supply, inventory, and distribution plans. Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management - Support sourcing and procurement of materials/services. Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality,



and delivery performance. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate terms where required.

3. Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Implement inventory control measures and ensure accuracy. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.

4. Logistics & Distribution -Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Optimize transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.

5. Cost Optimization - Analyze cost components within the supply chain. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies. Track key cost metrics and budgets.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting - Prepare MIS reports on supply chain KPIs (inventory turnover, order fulfillment, etc.). Use data analytics tools to support decision-making. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

7. Process Improvement - Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Support automation and digitization of supply chain processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate (MBA preferred) in Supply Chain/Operations with 8-12 Yrs of experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of inventory and logistics management
