About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office & Operations Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth backend operations, supporting business processes, and maintaining efficiency across administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day back office and operational tasks with accuracy.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Perform data entry and typing tasks with attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Ensure smooth system operations and troubleshoot basic computer-related issues.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi (written and spoken).

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word,



Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid data entry and typing skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems and backend operations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
