- Manage day-to-day warehouse and stores operations.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular physical stock audits.
- Monitor GRN, stock transfers, FIFO/FEFO, wastage and expiry.
- Manage manpower, shifts and warehouse productivity.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Central Kitchen, Production and Outlet teams.
- Ensure proper storage of food ingredients, packaging and other supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages, overstocking and pilferage.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company SOPs.
- Drive warehouse cost control and process improvements.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Bakery / QSR / Retail.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Experience with ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
- Positive team-management and communication skills.
- Experience handling perishable/FMCG inventory will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
