Candidate Profile

✅ Strong Quick Commerce / E-Commerce warehouse experience

✅ Flipkart , Amazon , Zepto , BlinkIT warehouseing experience strongly preferred

✅ Hands-on experience in high-volume fulfilment operations

✅ Strong knowledge of WMS, SLA/KPI management & MIS

✅ Experience managing large blue-collar teams and shift operations

✅ Strong understanding of productivity, inventory accuracy, RCA/CAPA & process controls

✅ Should be capable of taking independent functional ownership from Day 1

- INBOUND MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end ownership of inbound warehouse operations.
- Manage vehicle reporting, dock planning, unloading, GRN and inward processing.
- Ensure timely receiving, quantity/quality verification and system updates.
- Manage SKU segregation, staging and handover for putaway.
- Control Inbound TAT and Dock-to-Stock time.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, customer teams and internal departments.
- Manage manpower deployment based on hourly/daily inbound volumes.
- Monitor shortages, excesses, damages and inbound discrepancies.
- Ensure WMS/system transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Drive productivity, safety, 5S and process compliance.

- PUTAWAY MANAGER





Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end responsibility for putaway operations after inbound receipt.
- Ensure fast and accurate movement of inventory from staging to assigned storage locations.
- Optimize bin/location utilization based on SKU velocity, dimensions and storage strategy.
- Monitor WMS-directed putaway and ensure physical vs. system location accuracy.
- Prevent putaway backlog and maintain agreed SLA.
- Coordinate closely with Inbound, Inventory and Picking teams.
- Plan manpower and MHE deployment according to volume.
- Manage high-velocity SKU replenishment and storage availability.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
- Drive productivity, safety, 5S and process discipline.

- INVENTORY MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- Complete ownership of inventory accuracy and inventory control.
- Ensure physical inventory matches WMS/system inventory.
- Manage cycle counts, perpetual inventory, stock audits and reconciliation.
- Investigate inventory variances, shortages, excesses and wrong-bin cases.
- Control damaged, blocked, returned and non-saleable inventory.
- Conduct RCA for recurring inventory discrepancies and implement CAPA.
- Monitor ageing inventory and overall inventory health.
- Coordinate with Inbound, Putaway, Picking and Dispatch functions.
- Maintain audit-ready inventory records and reports.
- Drive bin accuracy and process compliance across the warehouse.

- PICKING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of picking operations for a high-volume Quick Commerce fulfilment operation.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately within defined SLA/cut-off.
- Manage wave/batch/order picking as applicable through WMS.
- Plan picker deployment according to hourly order volumes and peak requirements.
- Monitor picker productivity and picking accuracy in real time.
- Ensure replenishment of fast-moving SKUs to avoid picking disruption.
- Control wrong picks, short picks, missed picks and damaged-product cases.
- Coordinate closely with Inventory, Putaway and Dispatch teams.
- Handle peak/festive volumes with appropriate manpower and shift planning.
- Drive productivity improvement without compromising quality or safety.

- DISPATCH MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end ownership of dispatch operations.
- Ensure order consolidation, staging, verification and timely dispatch.
- Manage dispatch docks and vehicle/route-wise loading.
- Ensure system closure and documentation before vehicle departure.
- Coordinate with transport, last-mile and internal operations teams.
- Control order misses, wrong dispatches, damages and loading discrepancies.
- Plan manpower and dock capacity according to dispatch waves/volume.
- Ensure strict adherence to dispatch cut-off and SLA.
- Monitor pending orders and take immediate corrective action.
- Ensure safe loading, dock discipline, 5S and compliance.

Candidates currently working in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce Fulfilment Centres, Dark Stores or other large high-throughput warehouse operations are preferred.

Prior experience with Flipkart / Flipkart Minutes operations will be a significant advantage.

Candidates must be operationally strong and capable of independently taking ownership of their respective departments from Day 1.
