About the Company

Elite Proteins operates in the sports nutrition and health products industry and is looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, e-commerce, or inventory operations and should be comfortable handling orders, documentation, stock coordination, and courier/logistics partners.

Job Summary The Warehouse Dispatch Executive will be responsible for ensuring that customer and business orders are accurately picked, packed, verified, documented, and dispatched on time.

The candidate will coordinate closely with the warehouse, sales, customer support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Dispatch

- Receive and process daily dispatch orders from the sales/e-commerce team.
- Pick products from the warehouse according to order requirements.
- Verify product name, quantity, batch, expiry date, and other relevant details before dispatch.
- Ensure correct packing and labeling of all shipments.
- Prepare orders according to courier and transportation requirements.
- Generate and attach invoices, shipping labels, and other required documents.
- Ensure all confirmed orders are dispatched within the defined timeline.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched orders.

Warehouse Operations
- Assist in day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Maintain proper arrangement and organization of products.
- Ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about low-stock items.
- Assist with physical stock counting and inventory verification.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock.




- Ensure proper handling of sports nutrition products to avoid damage or leakage.

Courier & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and dispatches.
- Ensure shipments are handed over to the correct logistics partner.
- Track pending, delayed, returned, and undelivered shipments.
- Coordinate with courier companies regarding shipment-related issues.
- Maintain records of AWB/tracking numbers.
- Follow up on RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and ensure proper inward processing.
- Escalate delivery or logistics issues to the concerned team.

Quality & Accuracy
- Double-check every order before dispatch to minimize wrong or incomplete shipments.
- Check product packaging and physical condition before sending orders.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable, especially for products with expiry dates.
- Ensure damaged, expired, or questionable stock is separated and reported.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the warehouse and dispatch area.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily dispatch reports.
- Update order and shipment status in Excel/software/system.
- Maintain records of invoices, courier details, and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare reports related to dispatches, pending orders, returns, and inventory when required.
- Coordinate with accounts/customer support teams for invoice or order-related discrepancies.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams regarding order requirements.
- Communicate immediately regarding stock shortages or order discrepancies.
- Work closely with warehouse staff and delivery/courier partners.
- Support the team during high-volume order periods.




- Ensure smooth and timely completion of daily dispatch operations.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Experienced: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Responsible: Able to manage dispatch activities with accuracy and accountability.
- Organized: Capable of maintaining proper records and warehouse discipline.
- Detail-oriented: Able to verify products, quantities, invoices, and shipping details carefully.
- Computer-friendly: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, warehouse software, or order management systems.
- Good communicator: Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and courier partners.
- Physically active: Comfortable performing regular warehouse and dispatch-related activities.
- Reliable: Able to report on time and complete daily dispatch responsibilities.
