Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Ensure proper material identification, storage and ERP location updates
- Manage inventory control, cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages/excess inventory
- Improve warehouse layout, storage utilization and material flow
- Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving and cost reduction initiatives
- Drive warehouse digitalization and automation initiatives
- Identify and implement warehouse CAPEX requirements
- Ensure timely goods receipt, material kitting, packing and shipment
- Ensure packing and shipment processes meet customer requirements
- Develop and maintain SOPs / Work Instructions
- Manage FIFO and monthly shelf-life audits
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, 5S and Visual Management




- Drive hazard reporting and corrective actions
- Lead, train and develop warehouse teams and contract workforce
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth warehouse operations
- Handle statutory and internal audits with zero/minimal observations
