Role Description The Warehouse Executive role at Delhivery is a full-time, in office position based in Madhavaram. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching shipments according to standard operating procedures.

The Warehouse

Executive will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records in warehouse systems, and ensure proper storage and handling to minimize damages and losses.



The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting frontline staff, and addressing customer-related queries that arise from warehouse activities. A strong focus on safety, efficiency, housekeeping, and adherence to company policies and quality standards is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control to effectively supervise storage, order processing, and stock accuracy.
- Candidates should possess Packing skills and attention to detail to ensure shipments are prepared correctly, securely, and in line with guidelines.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and support resolution of shipment and delivery issues.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, follow safety standards, and handle physical tasks as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or diploma-level training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
