Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through timely stock updates, physical verification, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock planning.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, space utilization, and safety protocols.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Maintain records of incoming/outgoing goods, stock levels, and report discrepancies or delays.
- Work with ERP software (e.g., Tally) to track stock movements and generate reports.
- Ensure all dispatches are done correctly with proper documentation and packaging.
- Plan for peak loads, seasonal demand, and optimize logistics flow.

Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse/inventory management,



preferably in distribution or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory software (Tally preferred).
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, especially in stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
