We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials, specifically focusing on plastic and various chemicals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemical inventory management, safety compliance, and team leadership, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, inventory placement, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping of PBAT and chemical products.

Inventory Control: Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical audits, and effective utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Material Handling & Preservation: Implement and enforce proper storage protocols specific to polymer resins like PBAT (temperature, humidity control, and contamination prevention) and hazardous/non-hazardous chemicals.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, forklifts operators, and logistics personnel. Manage shift schedules, evaluate performance,



and foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the procurement, production, and supply chain teams to optimize space utilization, streamline distribution channels, and resolve delivery discrepancies.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and ventilation systems, are regularly inspected, maintained, and operated safely.

Qualifications and SkillsExperience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management, specifically within the chemical, plastics, polymers, or manufacturing industries.

Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team under fast-paced conditions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
