Role Description This is a full time, on-site Warehouse Manager role based in Aluva.

The Warehouse

Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in line with company processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, implementing stock rotation, and coordinating with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.



The role involves supervising warehouse staff, planning shifts, assigning tasks, and supporting training to maintain productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures.

The Warehouse

Manager will also maintain equipment and facility compliance, enforce health and safety guidelines, track operational KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Relay Express’s technology-enabled logistics systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to ensure accurate and efficient management of goods.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to handle forecasting, stock rotation, and reconciliation activities.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day warehouse workflows, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills or experience working with material handling equipment, following safety standards and certifications where required.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within integrated logistics, 3PL, or distribution environments.
- Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in warehousing operations; formal training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or operations is an advantage.
