# Warehouse Manager – Bhiwandi Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹29,000/month Timing: 10 AM – 8 PM (may vary as per business requirements) Paid Leave: 2–3 days/month as per company policy Location: Bhiwandi Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who can independently handle the complete warehouse operation and manage 100 orders/transactions per day. ### Key Responsibilities ### Manage the complete warehouse operation from opening to closing.

Supervise Sales, Coordinator, Cashier, 2 Inventory Managers and 7–8 warehouse staff.

Ensure smooth inward/outward stock movement daily inventory updates and stock accuracy.

Supervise billing, cash transactions, reconciliation and weekly cash deposits.

Manage RTOs, customer returns, complaints and escalations.

Supervise vendor receipts, purchase orders and documentation.

Conduct and supervise stock audits, physical verification and inventory reconciliation.

Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales, warehouse transactions, inventory, cash, RTOs and returns.

Ensure all staff follow company SOPs and reporting structure without compromise.

Maintain warehouse discipline, security, cleanliness and proper documentation.

Identify operational problems, solve them quickly and improve processes.





Develop systems that allow the warehouse to scale without operational breakdown. ## Candidate Requirements ## Previous experience managing a large-scale/high-volume warehouse.

Experience managing a team and handling 100 orders/transactions per day.

Strong knowledge of inventory, warehouse operations, cash/billing and documentation.

Good leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.

Must be capable of working independently and taking complete ownership of warehouse operations.

Should have ideas for process optimization, efficiency and business scaling. ### Key Expectation ### The Warehouse Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for the warehouse — staff, inventory, orders, cash, documentation, returns, RTOs, customer issues and daily operations — and must ensure the business continues to run smoothly even without constant management supervision.
