Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Kochi( Perumbavoor )

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Handle and allocate manpower effectively to maintain smooth operations and achieve maximum productivity.
- Maintain accuracy in receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials.
- Monitor proper put-away, picking, and storage of materials in their designated locations.
- Implement FIFO procedures and maintain warehouse standards.
- Oversee loading and unloading activities while promoting protected material handling practices.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts and support month-end physical inventory verification.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, surplus materials, and stock mismatches to the DC Incharge.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams to support smooth warehouse operations and timely dispatch.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, implement 6S practices, and promote a safe and organized warehouse environment.




- Monitor the proper usage and daily condition of MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
- Guide and support warehouse staff and labour to maintain discipline, safety, and productivity.
- Follow customer SOPs and company procedures in all warehouse activities.
- Support additional operational activities and take responsibility for other roles when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the DC Incharge or Warehouse Manager from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation / Diploma (Any discipline).

1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Prior experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
