We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Executive to join our service operations team in Trivandrum.

Role Overview The Warranty Executive will manage the end-to-end warranty claim process, coordinating closely with customers, service technicians, and the manufacturer (Honda). The ideal candidate ensures all warranty claims are processed accurately, compliance guidelines are met, and financial settlements are tracked efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all warranty claims from initial submission to final settlement in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and policies.
- Review job cards, repair orders, and technical diagnoses to ensure claims meet all prerequisite criteria before submission.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary documentation, part details, and photographic evidence for complex repairs.
- Follow up closely with the manufacturer or regional office for claim approvals, rejections, or queries.




- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all processed claims, parts returned under warranty, and credit notes received.
- Reconcile warranty accounts and track pending or disputed claims to ensure minimum turnaround time and zero revenue leakage.
- Update customers and internal management on warranty status and policy updates.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Warranty Executive in an automobile dealership is strongly preferred and will be treated as a major advantage.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Automotive, Mechanical, or Commerce backgrounds preferred).
- Skills: Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, dealership management software/ERP systems), excellent documentation skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication: Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam; the ability to interact professionally with customers and manufacturer representatives.
