Job Summary:-We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, storage, dispatch, and distribution activities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a logistics companyand possess strong leadership, inventory control, and warehouse management skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and transportation coordination.

Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic stock audits, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Implement warehouse SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.

Coordinate with transportation, operations, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth logistics operations.

Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve storage efficiency.

Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dispatch timelines, and productivity.

Handle warehouse documentation, MIS reports, stock reconciliation, and audit requirements.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.

Resolve operational issues related to inventory, dispatch, and logistics promptly.

Required Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce,



Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional certifications in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:-Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.

Mandatory: Experience working in a Logistics Company.

Candidates from manufacturing, retail, or non-logistics backgrounds will not be considered.

Required Skills:-

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and MS Excel.

Excellent understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience exclusively in the Logistics Industry.

Ability to manage high-volume warehouse operations efficiently.

Strong decision-making and organizational skills.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Mandatory Requirement:-Candidates must have relevant warehouse management experience in a Logistics Company only.

Solid knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and inventory management practices.

Experience in handling large-scale warehouse and distribution operations is preferred.
