RO & MBR Operator – CETP

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor MBR and RO systems as per SOP and plant requirements.

- Monitor parameters such as flow, pressure, pH, conductivity, TDS, DO, TMP and permeate quality.

- Carry out routine backwashing, CIP, chemical dosing and membrane cleaning.

- Monitor pumps, blowers, valves, dosing systems and other equipment for proper operation.

- Record daily operating parameters, chemical consumption and production data.

- Identify abnormalities, membrane fouling and equipment issues and report to the supervisor.

- Maintain housekeeping and ensure protected handling of chemicals.

- Follow EHS, SOP and environmental compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with maintenance and laboratory teams for smooth plant operation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
