Eligibility

Minimum

6 months of experience in an

International Voice Process. Basic Technical Support experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge in SAAS. Looking for Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to international customers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
