Job Summary
We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships through phone calls and digital channels, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and build solid customer relationships.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Candidate Profile
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in customer handling, telesales, inside sales, or BFSI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat CTC: Up to ₹6.50 LPA
