Role Description The Web and CRM Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and CRM solutions, including building new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, integrate third-party services or APIs, and ensure data integrity and security across systems.

Daily responsibilities include writing clean, well-documented code, configuring and customizing CRM workflows, testing and debugging applications, and supporting end users with technical issues. The role also includes participating in code reviews, following established development standards,



and contributing to continuous improvement of the technology stack and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong web development skills, such as proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Candidates should possess CRM-related skills, including experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), workflow configuration, customization, and data management.
- Candidates should possess backend development skills, such as experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP, or Python), database design, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Candidates should possess skills in version control and deployment, including familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud or hosting environments.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application security and reliability.
