About The Role We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team at IISF. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a passion for developing innovative web solutions that support our mission.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and technical staff to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in at least one server-side technology such as Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.

- Own and manage various design tasks involved in the web development lifecycle from conception through deployment.
