Roles and Responsibilities

As a Web & Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the client’s websites, web applications, and related digital systems while working from the client location. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage, maintain, and support the client’s websites and web applications.
- Monitor applications and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Perform regular website and application updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Handle technical support requests raised by the client and their customers/users.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and provide timely technical resolutions or escalate them to the appropriate development team.
- Coordinate with internal development, QA, and technical teams for application fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
- Assist with testing and validation of new features, bug fixes, and application updates before and after deployment.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and basic production health.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, application changes, and support activities.
- Coordinate with hosting, domain,



SSL, server, and other third-party service providers whenever required.
- Assist with production deployments, configuration changes, backups, and routine maintenance activities.
- Understand client requirements and communicate technical requirements or issues clearly to the internal development team.
- Maintain professional communication with the client and act as the primary technical point of contact for day-to-day website and application-related matters.
- Ensure that reported issues are tracked, prioritized, resolved, and closed within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data, credentials, applications, and other technical information.
- Perform any other reasonable technical, development, maintenance, or support responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
