Role Description The Web Development Intern will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of the foundation’s websites and web applications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow, where the intern will collaborate with team members to implement user-friendly interfaces, optimize site performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Daily tasks may include coding front-end components, assisting with back-end integrations,



updating content, testing features, and troubleshooting technical issues.

The intern will also participate in team meetings, contribute ideas to improve user experience, and document work clearly for future reference. Guidance and mentorship will be provided to help the intern develop professional web development skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and general Web Development.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language or framework is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow best practices, and work responsibly in an on-site team environment in Lucknow.
