Technical Launch Trainee (File-Based Systems Architecture)
Role Overview & The Learning Chance
We are seeking an ambitious, open-minded Technical Launch Trainee natively based in West Bengal (talent strictly presiding in the Midnapore, Kolaghat, or Kolkata regions).
This is a high-impact, hands-on learning experience for an aspiring engineer who wants to build real, asymmetric software infrastructure. You will work directly under an experienced technical supervisor, receiving mentorship while managing tools for custom, high-performance Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) programs.
The Core Stack You Will Master
Ruby on Rails: Driving our engine and automated pipelines.
- JavaScript: Structuring the real-time front-end segment editors.
- Rust: Managing high-speed parsing, validation, and tasks.
- C# (.NET): Controlling background drivers and operations.
Core Learning Responsibilities
Pipeline Auditing: Learn to track, monitor, and debug JSON pipelines.
- Atomic Data Management:
Master the mechanics of file system, learning how to write and read JSON to prevent data loss.
- Cross-Language Interface Tracking: Assist your supervisor in monitoring raw JSON files as they pass between Ruby, Rust, and .NET.
Prerequisites & Practical Requirements
- Baseline Coding Knowledge: You must have a basic foundation in coding and understanding JavaScript, Ruby, C#, and Rust. An absolute understanding of launching web platforms is required.
- Location Focus: Strictly for local talent in West Bengal (Midnapore / Kolaghat / Kolkata / surrounding areas).
