Role Description The Wedding Planner at Mira IMS Pvt Ltd will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings, ensuring that each event aligns with client expectations and brand standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves meeting with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, and then developing detailed wedding plans, timelines, and themes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating venues, catering, décor, entertainment, photography, transport, and accommodation, while negotiating with vendors to secure competitive pricing and high-quality service.

Planner will manage schedules, logistics, and on-the-day event coordination to ensure smooth, timely execution and address any issues that arise. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with clients, providing regular updates, and delivering a memorable and emotionally engaging wedding experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Planning and Event Planning skills to manage multiple weddings and related activities efficiently.
- Candidates should possess specialized Wedding Planning skills to design themes, coordinate ceremonies, and align events with client preferences.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to create, track, and optimize wedding budgets while negotiating favorable vendor contracts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide responsive support to clients and guests.
- Relevant skills such as vendor management, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in wedding or event management, preferably in a similar on-site role, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and fluency in English and local languages will be beneficial.
