Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering.

Key Requirements

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in welding engineering and fabrication.
- Positive knowledge of TIG/GTAW, MIG/GMAW, SMAW and Resistance Welding processes.
- Experience in preparation and qualification of WPS, PQR and WPQ/Welder Qualification.
- Knowledge of welding standards such as AWS D17.1, AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX and ISO 15614.
- Experience with materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Alloy Steel.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of weld inspection and common welding defects.
- Familiarity with VT, PT, MT, UT and RT/NDT inspection methods.
- Experience in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for welding defects.




- Knowledge of welding fixtures, distortion control and heat-treatment requirements.
- Preparation and maintenance of welding quality records and traceability documents.
- Coordination with Production, Quality, Design and Customer teams.
- Experience in Aerospace/Defence fabrication will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in aerospace welding, especially AWS D17.1, will be preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
